Contest Instructions and Eligibility Requirements:
You must go to Allyse’s Bridal and Formal at the University Mall in Orem, UT by Friday, April 8, to try on a dress in order to complete your registration.
In order to be eligible to win the 2011 Utah’s $50,000 Wedding of the Year Giveaway, you must be engaged to be married with a wedding date after June 15, 2011. Also, as a condition of winning, you must be flexible with your wedding date so as to accommodate the pre-existing schedules of participating vendors. Allyse’s Bridal reserves the sole right to determine the reasonability of a selected date based on these concerns. Wedding of the Year will be located in the region of Utah or Salt Lake counties.
To participate, fill out and submit this form and come to Allyse’s Bridal & Formal in the University Mall in Orem, UT. While you are in Allyse’s Bridal, try on the wedding dress and accessories you want, write the information on this application form, and submit it to an employee at the store. If you win the Giveaway, you must wear an Allyse’s Bridal wedding dress at your wedding, and it must be worn with no significant alterations to the design of the dress.
Please note that you do not need to purchase anything to be eligible for the Giveaway. If you do purchase your gown at Allyse’s Bridal and then win the Giveaway, any money you have paid will be refunded to you. Winners receive products and services from vendors, at a total retail value of approximately $50,000. Winners may not request, and will not receive cash in lieu of the products or services of these vendors.
You may submit the registration form and win the Giveaway after purchasing a wedding dress from a different store. But, you will not receive reimbursement for any dress or accessories that you purchased from a vendor other than Allyse’s Bridal. Also, you may choose to use non-participating vendors for your wedding, but these will be at your own expense, and may reduce the total retail value of the winner’s awards.
The drawing for the 2011 Wedding of the Year Giveaway will be held Saturday, April 9, 2011. Applicants will be notified by email of the location and time. Both the prospective bride and groom must be in attendance at the drawing in order to win. Exceptions for on-duty military.
The event in which the drawing will be held will begin at 11:00 am and will include the many vendors who are participating in this year’s giveaway. There will be refreshments and a fashion show with the latest trends for your wedding party! There will be other prizes given to participants who visit each booth of participating vendors! The drawing will be at 1:00 pm. |
